The Lake Jackson Community Center is housed with two different meeting rooms – one large and another small sized. The large meeting room has a seating capacity of about 85 seats and boasts a built-in projector with multi-media hookups to enable computer training. The small meeting room can seat a maximum of about 30 people. It contains a large 52-inch television wired for multi-media purposes. Rental time includes set up and decorating time. We provide tables (19 6ft., 8 8ft., 7 3ft sq., 4 6ft round) and chairs (147). At the end of each event patrons are required to put all tables and chairs back where they were found and bag up any trash and place in the dumpster. A staff member will be present to open and close the center on the date of your event. The time reserved includes decorating and clean up time. We cannot open early or close later than the reserved time. Thank you.

Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18-yrs. or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied. Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited.  We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
